God is the center of all that we do. Because He reached out to us first, it’s a response natural for our hearts to overflow in love for Him. We are called to be "incarnational" in our minstry. The "incarnation" is God becoming human in the form of Jesus to connect with us and live out His love in a tangible, understandable way. If we want to live out that same principle, We must not only meet people where they are but reach over the obstacles of mistrust and skepticism that keep people from the hearing the truth of who God is.

Real growth is a process and life change starts from the inside out as we experience grace, truth, and the power of God. Becoming like Jesus is a journey that will last for the rest of our lives, not a list of rules that everyone needs to check off. We want to provide everyone with the chance to live in authentic Biblical community–organic, relational groups of people who can be real about the challenges and successes in their walk with Christ. To accomplish this, we nned to empower leaders who will shepherd others in small groups.

Jesus knew the unique purpose for which He created people and unleashed a movement that changed the world. The beauty of Christ's power is expressed when a movement grows directly out of a culture and every person is empowered and inspired to accomplish the purpose for which God created them. Our job is to help them discover that purpose.
